| How different can two kids be? |
We had a fun Halloween. Brityn had school that day and they had a party in the auditorium at the church. Cake walks, fishing for prizes, and arts and crafts.
Brent had to work that night so I took the kids to the mall for trick-or-treating. There was a "haunted house", more like a haunted hallway, that wasn't all that haunted but Brityn loved it. There were people making balloon shapes, Brityn got a dog. And of course lots of candy!
We also went to Grandma Carol's work for a little trick-or-treating. Most of the people gave both kids goody bags full of candy and Brityn cleaned Grandma out of all her Halloween decorations.
Then we went to Grandma Rachel's where they got a bag full of goodies, my mom's for more surprises, and finally to our friend Caitlin's. More candy and we got to see her new house. When we left there Brityn wanted to do more trick-or-treating, so I let her knock on one random house's door. It's was long night and we got more candy than we will ever eat but it was fun.
