You've Come A Long Way, Baby

Hamming it up. She thought she was modeling for me in her pajamas and clothes ensemble.

This week at preschool they had a Mothers Day luncheon. They sang a little song for us and gave us small gifts (coffee mugs, a sunflower they had started, and a cute card). To my surprise Brityn actually stayed on stage, smiled, sang, and did the sign language. Remember last years preschool graduation when she sat down on the floor with her butt in the air towards the audience and I had to crawl across the floor to get her? Even at Halloween this year she wouldn't sing and let's not forget about the Christmas program fiasco!

The school year is coming to end soon and sadly her teachers Mrs. Maria and Mrs. Melissa are resigning. Some of us parents rallied and hoped to stop it from happening but they have made up their minds. We are all very sad to see them go. Hopefully the church picks an equally great teacher for next year! 

Dance is almost over too and the big recital is coming up next week. I'm so anxious to see if she can handle being on a large stage in front of a LARGE crowd performing. 

I got her pictures taken in her costume and she was in rare (not really rare, because this is pretty standard for her) form. What is it with my kids and pictures and NEVER cooperating?!
